Warranty: Our Lifetime Warranty does not cover the responsible party dropping the scissors (can throw off balance over time), leaving the scissor in a wet area consistently (all stainless steel has the ability to rust under extreme conditions), or disassembling the scissor and not knowing how to put it back together properly. In testing, our shears have held up years with no sharpening, but in time a blade will become dull and we suggest you use the best local shear sharpener, an experienced sharpener will find our shears easy to sharpen. Our warranty does not cover blade dullness and only the amount of hair you cut on a yearly basis will determine this factor. When our shears are used in a responsible and professional manner our steel and design is warranted for the life of the scissor. Please make sure you inspect your shear and determine if the design of our shear fits your style and needs, if for any reason it’s just not you, then you will have 7 days to return your scissor for a full refund.
